Shop Policy Information

All pricing is in South African Rands and includes VAT at 15%. We accept payment via our shop, though the secure PayFast service, which offers Debit and Credit card payments. Alternatively you can pay by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) by sending us proof of payment. Full payment is required upon placing of an order unless agreed to in writing by Inclusive Solutions. We do not accept cash at any of our branches, and if you deposit cash directly into our bank account you may be asked to pay the cash deposit fee.
Acceptance of Orders
We accept orders via our website, in written form by post, fax or email. Orders from statutory bodies and universities are accepted with an official Purchase Order number. Orders from individuals are accepted with payment in full if the order is valued at less that R15,000. For larger orders, a deposit of 60% is required with the order, the balance being payable before dispatch. Please note that pricing, delivery charges and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.
If you require a quotation or a pro forma invoice for your order, these are issued in good faith and will be honoured for the period specified on the quotation, errors and omissions excepted.

Goods in resalable condition can be returned to us, with a pre-booked RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number, subject to our full Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions. Please refer to these for further details.
