Delivery Information

Delivered by Courier

Deliveries are made via a courier service. You will receive a tracking number so you can trace your parcel. Your quote will include the cost for delivery via courier, unless it states otherwise. Please provide your physical delivery address when placing an order so that an accurate courier charge can be provided. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched. Please note we do not provide delivery outside of South Africa.

Delivery Locations

We can ship anywhere within South Africa and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, providing goods are in stock. All orders will be subject to a carriage charge that depends on the size of the order and the location of delivery. This will be included in your quote.

Delivery Time

If all items are in stock, orders are sent via courier and usually take 2-3 business days, but may take longer for rural areas. If you need something in a hurry please contact us for a quote on a priority courier service, which may cost extra. If all items are not in stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. As some items are imported, this can take a few weeks.

All goods remain the property of Inclusive Solutions until paid for in full.
